We came from big design agencies. They often charge massive fees (over $30k!) just to create your website, then ongoing hosting & maintenance fees (hundreds per month), then an hourly fee anytime you want to make changes.
We charge a small one-time setup fee ($2-4k) based on the size of your site, then a monthly fee ($199-399) that never changes and includes everything.
